Vanessa Springer-Crenshaw
BS, CFCS-HDFS, CASAC-TVanessa Springer-Crenshaw is a dedicated professional who uses her life experiences and education to empower families. Her vision was born from personal challenges, leading to the establishment of the organization in 2016. Vanessa holds a BS in Criminal Justice and specializes in Conflict Resolution, Family and Consumer Sciences (Human Development and Family Services), and is a CASAC-T (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor-Trainee), with a focus on substance abuse's impact on families. Although not a licensed clinical therapist or psychologist, her comprehensive understanding, empathy, and commitment to education—including a current Masters program in Advanced Teaching—make her a valuable resource for those navigating familial issues and interpersonal conflicts. Her organization provides essential support and education, leveraging her expertise in conflict resolution and counseling to help families heal and grow stronger together. Vanessa has been with her husband for nearly 20 years, and they will celebrate a decaade of marriage in 2026! Together, they parent two boys ages 10 and 5.
